Fred Hees is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BBM Inc., he is responsible for corporate direction and strategy.

Fred brings with him more than three decades experience dealing with government and non-government organizations around the globe. We were able to leverage our experience and supply chain insight to deliver real world benefits to our customers while operating under the most challenging circumstances."

Mr. Hees has extensive experience dealing with multi-national retail chains as a supplier, manufacturer and importer bringing added value global brands to market. Fred spent the last three decades working for various public and private companies with a focus brand and marketing strategies designed to establish market presence, grow brand equity, and increase revenues profitability. Extensive supply chain, finance and global trade experience, having grown through the ranks at one of the world’s leading drinks manufacturers. During his tenure as head of Alaska Brewing Sales and Marketing he was awarded the 2006 Stevie Award, by American Business Awards.

Fred is a passionate conservationist and as co-founder of Rhino 911 a 501(c) 3 public charity focused on Rhino conservation. We were honored to receive the 2019 Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, Conservation Award for the best Rhino Conservation Organization in Africa.

A native from South Africa, he immigrated to the USA during 1993. Mr. Hees is a veteran of the South African Defense force where he served as Senior ranking NCO in South Africa, Namibia, Angola and Rhodesia.
