Klara Fouché is a highly respected leader in the aviation industry, recognized for her strategic vision, professional acumen, and outstanding customer service. With over 25 years of experience, she has held senior leadership roles including Business Development Director, Managing Director, and Accountable Manager, consistently driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. Klara has delivered end‑to‑end aviation solutions across import/export, finance, aircraft handling, insurance, and after‑sales support. Since 2004, she has successfully sold more than 130 Robinson helicopters, cementing her reputation as a trusted authority in aircraft sales and client relations.

In addition to her sales expertise, Klara served as Accountable Manager of a Flight Training Academy, overseeing world‑class training for civilian and global contract students. Under her leadership, the Academy expanded with the launch of a Fixed Wing Training School in 2018 and a Drone Training School in 2020, reflecting her commitment to innovation and industry advancement. Beginning her career in Johannesburg in 1989 in accounting and human resources, she entered aviation in 1999 and rose through the ranks to become Managing Director of Aero Sales in 2012.
